Haha, that's amazing. How are they suggesting your phone is affecting it?
Also, Pioneer support hasn't been that bad, I suppose. Could've been coincidence that my tweet and their email response were at about the same time...

The signals coming from the Garmin, phone, or wireless network can all
interfere and overrun the ANT+ signal coming from the Stages as they
all compete for space along the 2.4 GHz band. So, please adjust the
appropriate settings, and if you ride with a cell phone, please turn
it off or place it into airplane mode.They've sent me a long list of homework.
