  • Just base it on the average speed you want to achieve (if you've not ridden the course find someone on stava that's got a similar time to yours on a course you've both ridden) plus your preferred cadence. Then add 4".

  • Last 25 I did at 26mph, which was alright. 104" gives 28mph at 90rpm, but I don't know whether I'd sustain that or just be grinding away.

    I saw @xavierdisley on 114" on the E2/25 but he's a bit more experienced than me.
