Maybe not terribly exciting, but Wahaca have a decent range of veggie options.

I haven't eaten in the area for years, but Cubana in Lower Marsh seems to be the only restaurant listed by Lambeth Vegan Society:

When I last ate there, which again was years ago, the King's Arms in Roupell Street did some OK veggie options in its Thai operation at the back. Not sure the current menu shows it, though:

anyone know of any decent vegetarian restaurants around waterloo, or ones with good veggie options. GF has a friend down and need to stay close to the station, whilst also getting Veggie friend fed.
Bit of a rush as this is for tonight.
