The article says that if you're a 'settled citizen', if you leave for two years you may be restricted in coming back. That seems so bonkers, perhaps because I'm used to EU citizenship / freedoms.
Is that normal in other countries (outside the EU). If I'm an expat / citizen in Australia, would I face the same restriction?
