i found a couple of old Seiko's in a cupboard, given one to the ministry of home affairs, the other needs a new crown.
Will any old watch place have a replacement crown that can fit or are they individual to the watch?

It should be a "Japanese type". They have a rubber gasket on the pipe where the stem inserts which deals the pendant tube from water ingress. Unique to Japanese watches.

If it's a cheap watch then just get anything that fits.

Thanks for your help!

It was a £20 eBay punt I wore for a week then forgot about.
It needs cleaning up, and the crown replacing, I'll have a go at sorting it and see where I am at.
