of course .. stem will be at that height. I won't cut it, will just take it to a shop. I installed chain yesterday and rode around a bit with wrong fork crown race all I can say for now is that the brakes work well

Edit: brake pad direction looks odd (but I don't know anything about these brakes). Looks like they're on backwards at the back brake?

there is no front and rear with these, same brakes
