Because that model is still from the crappy quality days. The 20k one will be streets ahead in quality and reliability, as well as looking much better.

That E63 AMG is £16,000, just shy of 100,000 miles. Plenty of grunt, petrol so I'm not filling the lungs of toddlers with fine particulates, and should make an entertaining noise.
I mentioned the Panamera to my girlfriend and she made a bad face.
