If your incident fits the bill then report it as a non-stop RTC to the filth. I know there was no collision but the proximity of the offending vehicle caused the fall.

Whats best procedure in the event of accident where i was passd and fell off bike without being hit by car ? Was indicating right and driver overtook me and as i reacted moving left fell off fracturing ulna and bashing knee which is now size of balloon. I have name mobile number and registration of vehicle. Sorry for rubbish typing but was right arm.I know its all on here somewhere but am typing with somenoe elses hand!
