  • Bit gutted, I've used my classic mitts twice and this happened.

    They were purchased in Jan but only used now so out of the 90 days. Emailed Rapha enquiries two days ago but haven't heard back. What's the typical response time?

  • Thanks, did they give you a new pair or repair?

    I had a response asking me to fill in a repair form and send them back for assessment. I kinda feel like I shouldn't have to paythe postage. :/
