One of the silver linings of getting back to fitness after injury is that no one expects you to run around a track in Tooting in 28 degrees heat on a Saturday afternoon. ;-) The extent of my weekend running was 10 miles with a few small hills, in the shade of South London's lovely Oxleas Wood on Saturday morning. Then 72 miles on the bike yesterday, an altogether more pleasurable thing to do than running, when it's hot.

Running anywhere his weekend has been tough.
I was in Northern Ireland for a wedding so went up Slieve Donnard yesterday. Views were spectacular and make up for the current quad pain.
