This has probably been answered a load of times, but am too angry to search properly... what's most effective way to complain about a London bus? Just had an out of service bus plough straight through a red light (not a second or two late, must have been properly red as green man was up). I was just about to step out while crossing the road with my daughter on Brixton Hill. Should I go straight to police? I've got license number.
