Yeah I saw that... Great talk, very easy to listen to.
Hopefully the talks the whole team will be giving along their various journeys will inspire more people to get out on bikes and have some great adventures.

What did Billy rice do?

He's just really annoying. You need to meet him. In 2015 he was behaving like he owned Tour Divide. His wife was there giving out those wanky rubber bracelets for "Billy and Lina" to wish them luck on their tandem run at TD. Seriously, why? She was quite rude when we refused to take one. They chose to ride it, they didn't get cancer or something.

You should have given them an elastic band with 'GABES' written on it in return and asked them to wear it. :)

Ben Steurbaut has been at the front of the pack for a good chunk of the race but hit a bit of a setback (translation from his FB post via bikepacker.com)

Here is a pretty significant update from the front of the pack. Ben Steurbaut, the leader for the majority of the race thus far has faced a major set back. Somewhere up on Fleecer Ridge, he broke his Lauf Fork. He is currently in Butte right now in hopes he can get a new fork. Here is his facebook post. Apparently he is ok, and we are very happy he got through this unscathed. Let’s hope he can get back on route quickly.

Sails are a bit obvious, probably on 5 hour energy shots, but that's normal for all TD racers.
