Oh, and 380bhp in a 560kg car is bonkers, but not as bonkers as the chap with a 480bhp Cossie YB in a 600kg Westfield. He let me drive it once. Wheelspin on a dry road in 4th gear.

Superbike territory, can't imagine what that's like in a car! Going fast on 4 wheels feels a great deal less natural that it does on 2 (for me at least....)
I'd love a go in a Westfield or something like that - it's the sensation of a lot of weight flying around that gives me the willies in normal cars.

I had a couple of passenger laps on Brands Indy in a turbo Westy and the guy was mobbing. Easily the fastest car out on track by a longshot and there were so many turbo sounds.
They're just insane, on slicks the cornering speeds are next level, and then there's mad acceleration out of the corner.
