Definitely make it easy access. Has there ever been a U bend that doesn't need maintenance once in it's lifetime? Word of warning about the 98% Acid. If it doesn't clear the blockage it can heat the u bend up and burst it, then you have to clear up acid. I've never had one burst on me but I've had to vacuum it out of pipes before.
