THIS! had one the other morning pull out and pass without a 'hello' or 'mornin' (we say these things to each other up here cos there are so few commuters), 2 seconds later i passed him back as the incline increased along with the wind....said 'moooornin'

still windy heading west. Only good thing about it is when those cyclists who think their faster than you are as they've ridden behind you, out of the wind, suffering as they overtake only to realise that the gearing they've been using is too big and not being able to sustain it once they have to ride out front...
Makes my day. Now if only I was faster.
on a tailwind note, did get the benefit of it yesterday, hoping to get the same benefits tonight..
