Plastic, plastic with metal pins, or metal (painted or ano)?

http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/pedals/flat-pedals?f=4294967167,2247&sort=pricelowAt the low end, you'll want easy returns in case you get a pair with shitty bearings.
Otherwise, you can get Shimano Saint MX80 (graphite-ano/raw) with replacable pins (come with optional washers for pin length) for about £25 on eBay.

Metal, painted or ano! Do you have a link for MX80 for £25 please?

Can't access eBay from work computer. Just watch a few auctions until one ends low. Got 2 pairs at about that price in the last few months. Never bid with more than 10 seconds remaining, 5 if you have a decent connection.

Yeah, why are you sharing a mobile link?

No idea? Because I searched shallow crabon clinchers on my phone?

• #5967
Just buy some DMR Vault Brendogs. The best and blackest platform pedal by far and worth every penny.

Shallow carbon clinchers are pointless.

Anyone found a zero offset Ritchey seatpost on Aliexpress?

J&L stuff generally decent quality right? Looking at one of these, mostly because its the cheapest GXP bb I've found

Will ceramic wear out faster than steel bearings? I don't care about watts -

I think I asked tester about these (or similar) a while back and got a resounding "wouldn't touch them with a bargepole", suggesting ceramic bearings of unknown provenance and likely cheap/poor quality are almost certainly worse than regular bearings from a known brand.

That sounds fair enough. Shame sram hasnt gone the way of shimano with spare BBs available for a fiver

If you have a british cycling membership (10% discount at halfords) you can get a sram gxp bottom bracket for £18.80 from Halfords.

I bought this enve copy seatpost of aliX, the post and carbon look and seem pretty fine. Only the clamp is shite, weak thread etc.. Impossible to loosen without brute force..
Also it is not made for oversized rails, ie. Brooks c13 carbon rails.
Now I've been looking around, and another seatpost the seller is selling is based on another clamp concept. He won't sell/provide the clamp seperate, but he tells it will fit either way.
Now I have come across this bontrager replacement set wich seems a match, also it as an additional set of 'ears' meant for oval 7x10mm rails you can buy.

Anyone experience with matching these parts or any other tip?

Interesting, that Bontrager looks the same as what I've got in my Chinese seatpost. I had to clamp the saddle then use a hammer to actually adjust it to begin with.
