Probably right, Ed. I will send a note to their customer support as well.

It's only malfunctioned once before - that time i got a ride in two halves.

This time was actually worse cos it looked like it was recording my ride, but it didn't create a fit file for 130km of it.

@Chas I had same problem yesterday 128km on the Bolt and 17km on the app. I contacted support.
