  • I've been off the bike for 3 months due to broken bones and life. Prior to broken clavicle I felt great, had been doing a lot of turbo and long weekend rides. Is it likely that any form I had 3 months ago is still hanging about? What's the sensible way to get back into it?

  • No, but it'll come back.
    Just ease back into it. Lower all expectations and go from there. It'll return fast(ish).
