Starting back into another block of training in time for some late season TT's in September. First week of trying to get in 3 quality sessions, a crit, and at least one social ride to make the most of the weather. Doing recovery stuff in the early morning sun has been glorious...
My biggest issue at the moment is getting motivated to get back on the turbo, especially when it's hard to keep my pain cave cool (I have two industrial fans and the window open). I had thought to train outside but it's hard to find somewhere near NE London that's flat and suitable for stuff like 20 min steady-state intervals.
