Only one party canvassed us. Only one party sent any election materials. Only two of the five candidates live within the constituency and three within the borough. One of the two (the UKIP candidate) withheld his address. I have cast my postal vote to the candidate who lives within the borough who could be bothered to seek my vote.
If the others come knocking now, it is too late. I shall invite them (apart from the UKIP one) in for a cup of tea and a chat but after wasting their time, tell them politely that they should have come sooner. Actually, that wouldn't have worked. There is a good reason why they haven't campaigned and that is because we have a very good MP whose majority grows with each election - from a couple of hundred to 12,000.

That's just people's desperate protest against the fact that he's unelectable, though.

No surprise there.
Plenty of examples of how banning a choon backfires.
Perhaps it was a double-bluff...

Lines apparently emailed to Tory MPs for them to tweet during tonight's debate (on C4)

I'm still a bit baffled by how the Conservatives can slate Corbyn for having talks with IRA members while they've currently got a councillor who was an IRA member.

Don't let facts get in the way of a good election

I'd love Corbyn to point out that's they've got an active (at the time) member of the IRA in there ranks, celebrating the death of British soldiers.

Muddy waters with bigger fish to fry, to mince my adages. Also, it's the job of the media to bring this to light as a fair and balanced analysis of Tory mud-slinging.

May is incapable of holding an opinion it seems. She simply refuses to answer questions to extreme levels.
But it's the will of the people...
