Summer is nearly here and as I have learnt its time for glutenous rice and pork dumplings, I'm trying to make some. pork belly 5 spice and soy, rice, mung beans and slated egg yolk. Wrapped up in bamboo leaves and then steamed.

Yeah that would be great any tips are good, me and the the other half are using internet and memories of how her mum makes them, the first ones turned out ok but could have put more flavorings in the pork so that it goes in to the rice more. Enjoyed making them.
Chicken skin and hot mayo will now be eaten with them ;)

Leavig the country at the end of June, time to clear the apartment, that includes some cooking book I am not keeping.
First up, @Olly398 collection of cookbooks. Free for grabs, going as a lot.
Second up, food/travel related books, I'd ask £10 each for these.
Third and last, some random books, £5(first picture)/£3(second picture) each seems reasonable to me.

Similar: try warming the mackerel slightly with some de-skinned orange segments and finely sliced celery - top with toasted pumpkin seeds. Lovely fishy salad.
