Sportive/Agresive riding is not meant to be 100% comfortable I think.
Actually it can, even shrouded with 23mm tyres, it's entirely possible to be comfortable on a 300km ride in one day.
@PhilDAS is right, work on your flexibility and core strength, give yourself more time to get used to the bicycle, your bike is not even that aggressive, it's position very much resemblance an audax bike, and my audax bike's position is more aggressive!
I also like to have full contact with my brake levers etc. (it's busy on my commute).
Your brake levers can be adjusted to bring the levers closer to the handlebar, making it easier to wrap your finger round while riding on the drop, as oppose to grasping it when needed.
I think the main problem isn't the depth of the drop, but the shape of it, as the bend is a little aggressive on that model, whether handlebar like the 3T Egonova that you have mentioned, have a more gentle bent that make it more comfortable to rest your hand on for a prolonged period of time;

Thank you ed, I think it's indeed a mather of km's and minor adjustments.
I'm relative short, shorter arms and smaller hands. Did some measuring and I should have a 40cm bar instead of this default 42cm.
I now have my eyes on Profile Design
DRIVE bars that are more fitting for my size. 1/zerofive in 40cm. Will see what it does.
I've been riding it 200 km per week, for 3 weeks now. My commute is 60 km.
You are misinterpreting my comments on riding in drops and preference. ;)
My most comfortable bike is my Dutch city/grandma bike, an old timer Simplex.
Sportive/Agresive riding is not meant to be 100% comfortable I think. But as comfortable as possible. Reason why I wan't to nudge the comfort just up a bit.
So anyone experience with 3T Ergonova's?
