Would you feel good about winning a grand tour because you pushed on when the leader was ill and kacking his pants on the side of the road?

Part of winning a GT is not getting sick. It's not like they've attacked on the flat whilst he's having a piss. It's the stelvio

Edit, Obviously Froome and Wiggins should be informed of this too, and stop "Levelling the playing field"
