Just sat here looking and thinking about things.
Had a rough go at weighing it. It's around 9.5kg as it is.
Now trim the steerer, ditch spacers, bit of weight there.
Set post height and cut down a post, bit more.
Tiny bit with tidying up cables.
Easy 500 grams off the tyres.
If i swap stem and bars.
I think i can get down around 8.5kg.
Didn't feel heavy when i rode it last night.
Will center and dial in the brakes tonight.
And i need to find a hacksaw for the steel steerer tube :)
