Good to hear. We should have a ~40% deposit, depending on what I get for my flat.
Incidentally - and absolutely seriously - does anyone want to buy my flat? Two beds, good size, secure parking, 15 minute walk from Grove Park station, which gets you to London Bridge in 20 minutes.
