Mounted to seatpost and saddle rails.

@spotter Makes sense from an aero's perspective seeing as it's behind the rider, just a bit uggers though.

Oh I know that, but I think there are more attractive ways of doing it. He's seemingly spent a while on making it look nice, and then thrown that on the back!
