If only there were a sartorial voice of authority who could speak on the subject. Possibly with a nod to the likely weather conditions...

I would argue only 2 if you are a player representing that team

Only two different occasions it's acceptable to wear football kits:
1) Watching football at the game
2) Playing football
3) If you lost a bet and still need "to wear the kit"Fixed

LOL

Wearing a replica shirt is rather like wearing a team scarf or logo-ed headphones: something other people do so that we can laugh at them.
Think of cyclists wearing Sky kit.

Expect nothing other than a 4-0 Arsenal victory
-
• #136183
I know and what shocks me is how much people pay to look like a complete prat.
Those Sky replica kits are upwards of £100 -

Indeed, Wegner's most stupid comment to date. They play Sunderland who are already relegated and Everton who will be in a generous mood on Sunday. I often wonder if he is going senile

It would be very arsenal to take fourth place on the last day. Seeing Pep battle Jose in the Europa would give it a bit more prestige
-
• #136187
4th place gives the chance of only playing 2 games before being out of Europe.
Going straight into the Europa (not via qualifying) means a minimum of 6 games as does 1st/2nd/3rd going into the Champions League proper.
-
• #136188
Why? They'd still qualify for the Europa League, which is arguably more demanding than the Champions League.
-
• #136189
And that's before we even assess the ability of the current squad to be good enough to win the league.
I don't they think they are.
-
• #136190
I think that you will find that, apart from the past two years, the winner of the League has also been in Europe.
-
• #136191
Added to which, there have been many years in which Tottenham have not had Champions League or indeed any European football and yet it appears in which they did not win the league.

Top 4 shaping up nicely for the weekend. Personally I am still convinced Arsenal will sneak in by the back door. I just cannot see past Liverpool bottling it against Middlesborough :(
-
• #136193
Middlesbrough were the worst team that we have seen at Stamford Bridge this season. OK, we haven't seen Sunderland yet but Middlesbrough were really poor and that was when they had something to play for.

• #136194
So, @Pistanator - should Everton throw in the towel to try and deny Livpul top4?
-
• #136195
Well, we did finish 19th so that kinda figures. We got it all sorts of wrong. Deserved to go down. We went down for an inability to be ambitious (I still maintain we had the players to stay up, we just got the tactics wrong), Sunderland have gone down because they are genuinely awful. Bottom 2 correct.

• #136196
Now that would be lols but no
-
• #136197
Soft London crap.
I will happily continue to wear replica shirts, heritage shirts and club branded leisurewear. -
• #136198
Oh you style icon, you.
Straw hats are making a come back I hear

I have to confess I was a little shocked. Most teams have turned up and had a go either by parking the bus or hacking Hazard to a near death experience. It worked for Crystall Palace. Boro didn't appear bothered even though that was the game that relegated them.
Actually, in fairness, it was the 35 previous games that did for them and the remaining matches would have seen them go dwon even if we didn't. Still, it was disappointing, particularly for their supporters.

Shame it's not possible to get sacked for being an insufferably smug bore.
I would argue #2 only...
