    I'll stick with soap water since I have both at home already unless someone tells me that's the stupidest idea ever

  • It just takes a while to dry underneath the grips. I use a small squirt of brake cleaner and it works a treat and drys out super quick

  • It's not permanent. If you wanna remove the grips later on, use a thin screwdriver or allen key or even a kebab skewer (anything really that can get between the grips and your bars without doing any damage) and insert the nozzle from your WD40, spray away and start rotating the grips (after removing the screwdriver and nozzle). The further in you get and spray the easier it'll be to get the grips off. Whole process takes less than 10 seconds. Super easy.

  • Yeah. I used soap and water and it really worked. Haven't had to remove them though, but that will be a job for WD 40 me thinks.
