On One Pompino owners...

I tried with 1.75 paselas on 26". Didn't tried bigger or knobbies but had a good feeling with the lower bb.

I'd love to know the results if you try either 26in or 650b. I assume 26in would increase the liklihood of pedal strike in corners, which would be an issue for me. Thinking about this for me than a few seconds has made me realise the cantis wouldn't work. Not too fused at the front as I'm changing to disc brake but I'd like a good performing rear brake.

This would be a pompetamine, so disc only.

I've got some grand bois hetre EL on my pompetamine - 650x42b on 22mm rim (so around 44mm) - bb height is ok. Berthoud 50mm mudgards seem to fit, so clearance is quite okay too.

Commuter/shopper/fbnpna out of action so pompino steps in. Bit cobbled together but hopefully fun to ride.

hi all,
although i have been reading this forum for a while, this is my first time posting here. so just wanted to contribute and show my new on one pompino v4 sscx. rode it first time yesterday on fixed gear 48x18 (both on and off-road) and found it very comfortable. it still has all the stock setup and i will be upgrading it with new components from next month onwards.

Well it does look nice by itself. I think I may like how it works together with the paintjob with some proper pictures.
S500 levers is a good choice they'll be on point with your build.

How did you get the decals to be paint free?

I covered them with tape and shaped with a scalpel, it is quite rough but works!
