  • Would adopt Olly in a heartbeat.

  • Powerful ear hear.

  • Ollivander looks amazeballs, those ear tufts are epic.

  • Ollivander is bad assss!
thanks for the words every one the kittens are doing ok in the space of 4 days they have really come on, from hissing and generally hating everything about being here to chilling in the open, running over for food. still have a way to go as they dont like human contact yet but they are fun and super cute.

  • Ahhhh!! So cute, what are they called?!

  • So so cute

  • @Scilly.Suffolk Cuteness overload.

    @RichG great progress

@YeahNerdz lovely thing but how are you coping? Is he becoming really aggressive? My kitten went nuts at 5 months when all the hormones kicked in; he was much calmer at 6 months once his nuts had been sorted. (Excuse pun)

  • Coping well, he's just a kitten still. up the curtains, running around the house, spilling the water fountain. The worse is the territorial part, pissed on some of my clothes before, I guess he wants to be the pack leader.... but that's my wife.

  • Maybe it's just the dirty blanket and exposed floorboards, but this really puts me in mind of the Tommy's funeral scene from Trainspotting...

  • Dirty blanket?

    Those are my clothes!

  • You don't have to go to work, just sit here all day and stroke me.....

  • My cats are at my Mums house as we are going on holiday at the weekend, she has text me saying that Opie is passing bloody stools, and it's quite a bit of blood.

I have asked her to take him to the Vet to get checked out, but has anyone else ever experienced this with their cats?

  • Fingers crossed it's not serious it can be a number of things from parasites, constipation to eating of rat poison.
Best thing is straight to the vet, really hope opie is ok.

  • Reminds me of my favourite picture of Tonic as a kitten:

  • Yeah me too.

He's a house cat, and no change in his diet so struggling to work out what it could be that he's eaten - if it is that of course

  • Fingers crossed, get well Opie!

  • Hope Opie is ok xxx

  • Fleur has been passing slightly bloody poops on and off the whole time we've had her. She's currently on hypoallergenic food but if there's no change after 6weeks further investigation is needed.
Vet doesn't seem overly concerned as it's on the outer surface of the poop.
Can mean something serious or nothing at all apparently.

  • Big turds can cause it. Even with humans.

  • If it's fresh blood, ie bright red, then it more likely to be from an internal pile (I can't spell haemorrhoid). If it's darker and the whole poo is dark red then that's usually more serious. But she/he needs to see a vet pronto.
