Triton builds their own in a factory which used to fabricate missile-sized titanium tubes for missiles. In fact, Triton's capacity was reduced recently when the Russian govt asked for one of their sheds back, presumably to increase production of missile-sized titanium tubes.
Much beard, very Russian:
I had a burls, or rather my GF did, but it cracked at the weld as so many ti frames do. Obviously this doesn't go for all burls (and applies to other companies too) but I think the preparation and care taken in welding titanium frames is so crucial to the strength and longevity of them and any builder who does not build the frames themselves cannot have as much control over those factors as those that do. So, if you can afford it, go for frames built 'in house' by the seller, rather than built by a 3rd party.
