Have you tried to pair again? As I recall, the rear derailleur is the master, so you initiate pairing with it, then pair to the shifters and finally the front mech. I had trouble when setting mine up initially, but pairing again solved it.

It was these guys.

Yup, repaired them in the park this morning when I realised it wasn't just a battery issue. Have had a response from SRAM now and will send them my RD for inspection. Would rather have it swapped out immediately but hey ho, that's the way things go.
@TTM thanks, dealing with SRAM direct now so won't bother them, but glad to hear you got yours swapped.

I heard some rumours over the weekend at Bespoked that SRAM are not in a good way at the moment. Pulling sponsor deals all over the shop in an attempt at reducing spending.

Big hand for SRAM technical support. New derailleur in the post, will be with me in time for laps on Thursday.
-
• #2282
you need the new battery though
sadly only 1 of my Di2 bike has a front mech

My shifting has gone a bit shit, just seems sluggish and had issues with a double shift on the weekend which it's never done before.
I'll measure the chain wear but if I've killed another one already I won't be happy.
Was someone saying the praxisworks chainrings were a bit shit when they were worn?
Shimano don't do 11spd 130bcd rings do they?Perhaps the RD spring tension could do with a boost given I run a silly 11-32T cassette? Need to get hold of a 14-28 I reckon.
-
• #2284
Dunno about all that, but I have some surplus Sram (!) force 130bcd 11 speed chainrings if you want them.
-
• #2285
If it helps a 10 speed chainring will work just as well as an 11 speed chainring.
-
• #2286
Actually, yeah, I've done that before on the TT bike. I'm an idiot. I still have some spare rings laying around. Fuck, I live in a tiny flat and still lose bike parts...
I think I only have big rings though. I might still end up buying a double set. So, I could get old series Shimano 10spd and use that instead of praxis on a P2M? There shouldn't be any issues right?

I've noticed the Green light (as below) seems to intermittently flash every now and again and can't seem to work out why.
I know all about holding a shift for battery level update and holding the button for fine tuning but this seems to be unrelated and I can't work out why. The battery is charged and everything seems to be working fine otherwise.
I've looked for the manuals but can't seem to find anything related to this.

It flashes on every shift of the front mech to show battery level I thought.
Wouldn't worry about it if it's working fine.
-
• #2289
It seems to do it when it's sat by itself bizarrely, noticed it when watching TV, will keep an eye on it to see if it's draining the battery or something.

It has achieve self-awareness and has been trying to communicate with you via Morse code since last Thursday.

I'll dust off my enigma machine.

How would I swap out my stem-mount junction box with one of these:
http://www.madison.co.uk/products/cycling/transmission-braking-components/di2-accessories-spares/ew-rs910-e-tube-di2-frame-or-bar-plug-mount-junction-a-charging-point-2-port/Is it supposed to be used with the shifter Y-cable? Is there another way to wire it? I presume I'll have to drill the bars unless I can get to an existing cable port?
-
• #2293
Just wait till Pro alu Di2 bars are available
-
• #2294
Thankyoubutnothankyou.
I want to fit it to my current bars before the end of the month.
The feckin' DA discs aren't available yet either. hmmpf
-
• #2295
What are your current bars? I looked into it, did a bit of buying (@Dick did more than me) and arrived at that conclusion that its not worth it yet unless you are ok to drill your bars.
-
• #2296
buy one now and try it out with 3 e-wires.
L to R
L to RS910
RS910 to Junction Bif 3 wires doesnt work then you might need the Y-Cable
then just take the time to wire them internally on your current bars (presuming they have some form of internal wiring)

Of course I'm ok to drill my bars. I've already decided it's worth it, I just need a way to implement it.
I think they're a variant of FSA Omegas:
http://www.wiggle.co.uk/fsa-omega-compact-black-handlebar/I have no idea if they have any existing holes in them or not. I'm ok with a partially external cable routing.
-
• #2298
but yyyyy
-
• #2299
"L to RS910"
Will my R785 or whatever the fuck the hydro lever model is have a spare port for this cable or is this a DA swap only?
-
• #2300
To make the charging port more easily accessible.
God that's lucky. What's the name of that bike shop? They might be able to give me a contact number.
Rear derailleur isn't shifting. Battery is charged, is paired with the shifters and the LED lights up when you shift, but the derailleur just ain't moving.
