I'm using the X100 as a walking around at lunch/going to a meeting/ad-hoc camera, if I'm heading to Kew/steam trains/whatevs I grab the blue bag that has the X-pro2 plus associated gubbins.
I don't have another bag that I'd consider using for the camera - all my other bags are rucksacks.
I think the Hadley Small is winning so far, likely in safety black.
