@Sainsburys_Ed you should try 25 laps of lactate heaven at least once. I'm going to do it for a second time. Sounds like you are pretty fit and London didn't quite happen. The crowds and emotional pressure can do funny things as well. Milton Keynes has a marathon soon, i think?
