Ahh thanks mate, didnt know that! Is that the same across shimano too?

Again, no 9sp with Shimano. Their clutch mechs have a little lever to turn the clutch on and off, I think the clutch mechs are specified as Shadow+, but I could be wrong. Certainly there are non-clutch Shimano 10sp mechs, whereas the SRAM ones are either less common or non-existent, so watch out
