I find one helps me concentrate in meetings or on phonecalls. Also stops me constantly checking my phone when I'm watching TV.

Seem to be growing as this years market trader craze, Loom Band, Tamagochi, Somersaulting yappy dog, Pepe key-ring etc. Nearly everyone will get one but for most it'll be gathering dust in a bowl of loose change soon enough.

If it works for you though, that's great, enjoy.

It's a concentration aid. Something to keep your hands busy when you're trying to pay attention to something.
