You say that but with eyes closed they are literally Pavé .. same (?) tread, even the weight. Got the 26mm variant, will see how wide they are on Hed. The 'race' wheels have Pavé tubs lol.

Would be interested to hear how you think they compare to the posher tyres you've been riding. I can't fault the GKs. Even went for a quick ride round some damp woods yesterday and they did ok (32s).

I commute on 28mm Gravel Kings and they are good but not like riding on Pavés!
Latex tubes in them would be pointless, they just aren't that supple (and that's a good thing, because even when I forget to pump them and they go down to 40psi they still don't p******e).
Gravel Kings are basically a thinking man's Maxxis Refuse. Putting latex in them would really make ne sense pas.
