I don't think you'd need to go to MakLab for that-I'd just buy something like this:

Drill out for the bolt/washer at the rear to fasten to fork, measure where the bends need to be and pop in a vice to do that nice and cleanly, cut off any remainder. Super cheap and strong and you could bolt on any other clamp you wanted to the front.
Maklab are pretty hands off in terms of helping anyone out if it's not directly related to using the machines-hence why most of the stuff on display ends up being star wars memorabilia relatated : /
what's the diameter of your fork crown?
What you could do is get someone (possibly me) to draw out a .dwg vector file to take to maklab and have them laser cut some 1mm steel plate which could then be bent into the final shape like the B+M one.
