Thanks all for the Moulton answers. Travel-wise, a demountable bike would be fine. The key thing is the weight. I thought that Moultons were considerably lighter than they actually are... So perhaps a red herring.

Well, it's not light but isn't heavy either, it weight a little under 11kg for the TSR30.
