I hope you paid him through PayPal (for goods and services) cause that's the only way you'll claim your money back if anything goes wrong I guess.
I asked him for a 100 euros refund (to replace the rim & bearings), he said he'll think about it but I never heard back from him, opened a case on PayPal I hope he'll reply me soon.

I'm going to snapshot this thread, and have recorded the info behind it including the Google accounts and login history.
I'm extremely tempted to start showing login country on profiles, the last login countries are not the UK.
I hope everyone involved used PayPal without the gift option.

I managed to get the scammer's phone number & his address in Italy. Dunno if this would help Yu, who got scammed 550 euros. Anyone got any ideas?

PayPal asked me to send the wheels back but I'll have to cover the shipping fees, that'll be more than 100 euros. What a waste of time n money.
