Made some lovely koftes last night. Organic lamb mince, chopped onion, roasted and chopped pistachios, salt, cumin, cinnamon, Aleppo pepper. Bosh.
Grilled some whole Romano peppers too which were lovely.
Chuck it in some pitta bread with some tzatziki and salad and om nom nom.
