  • Week in, all going well. Fully used to black coffee now, bought some Oatly but can't stomach it on its own or in hot drinks, though is really good for making bircher. I can't comment on whether not having whey for recovery has affected me as both big rides I've done recently have ended in 6pts in a pub, so probably not ideal recovery conditions.
    Best purchase has been nutritional yeast. Once over the foreskinny (I imagine) aroma, it's just fucking great on everything. My 3 year old eats it dry, by the spoonful.
