Yep.
Ritchey echelon are look-compatible (apparently, I haven't personally tested) and have/had a split cleat.And there's a VP components split cleat too

Thanks, annoyingly neither my current shoes, nor the empires that I've been looking at have a central screw hole to fit the memory bit.
