I have a broken lock nut on a Campagnolo 1970s (or around that) track hub, few replacement are available on eBay but don't specify "track" or tpi... Are road axles smaller in diameter than track on axles from that era and should I seek specific track lock nut?

Edit: further research on les internet seems to indicate both are 10mm x 26tpi so I should be safe if not specified...
