Hunt Bike Wheels. After noticing that my rear rim had several tiny cracks near the spoke nipples I pinged them an email to ask if it was something other people had reported - also explaining that the wheels came to me on a second hand bike, had done several thousand winter miles and that I had no idea whether the problem was there before I got my hands on them or not...
Within minutes they'd offered to send a courier round to pick the wheel up. They then rebuilt the wheel with a new rim and couriered it straight back to me gratis.
Admittedly the rim shouldn't have failed like that in the first place - but I can't fault the customer service and will buy from them in future as a result...
