Almost- that's to upgrade a left only to full L/R.

You need the kit to upgrade a pair of vanilla cranks to full power - it's what I did with the Serotta's Ultegra cranks.

Pioneer's UK distribution is beyond dreadful, not sure about Europe, I bought mine in the US.

3 weeks or so from start to finish, unless you are Hoke, who managed it much faster than that buy pestering them.

Quarq Red power meter? Not necessarily the best, but the most matchy.

Does it come in both GXP and BB30 options? I am guessing yes.
