  • figured it was good resistance training, plus i'd stashed a load of gels and my gloves in the bag, so wanted to get it back to the start!

    Hopefully i wont have it with me on marathon day!

    4 weeks indeed, I have one more week of training and then start taper, my biggest challenge is making sure I stick to the diet plan and get to the day as leans as possible, oh and finding some shoes to run in.

  • Ha. I am still yet to find the shoes I am going to wear. Many people swear by the adidas adios but I have yet to find a pair of them that i feel fit properly. Mizuno hitogamis, which I have always worn before have changed their fit so i have orderd some old ones from America.
