If I was Sky I'd be more worried if neither Thomas or Landa were showing any signs of form this far out from the Giro, so whilst their is work to do they are both looking in decent shape. Teams like Astana and Bahrain-Merida probably have more realistic concerns about the state of their Giro leaders (although Nibali rarely shows good form before his main goals).
