So James McCarthy hasn't played for us for 8 weeks through injury, against Koeman's will the arrogant cunts O'Neil & Keane name him to start.
Cue getting injured in the warm-up and unable to play
Basically, they've just ended his Everton career as Koeman wasn't a fan anyway but this will see him out the door to some 2 bob club like 'Boro or West Ham
