I had a similar frame (lighter blue colour and aero tubing) and I bought it end nineties (1998 or 1999). It was one of the first "noname" frames that came on large scale from the far east. They were really top range frames and Easton was one of the most popular producers of aluminium tubing. They didn't have their own bike line so most got "finished" with decals of LBS's and local brands.
